Rules for vouchers
- The voucher entitles the holder to use one service currently available in the Eighteen Wraps studio offer.
- The voucher is not a cash voucher or a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher value (300 zł / 500 zł / 1000 zł) reduces the price of the chosen service by the assigned amount.
- A single voucher can only be used for one service.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with each other or used together for a single service.
- If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer must pay the difference.
- The voucher is personalised and valid only for the person named on it.
- The voucher must include the issue date and the expiry date.
- The detailing cleaning service listed on the voucher does not apply and cannot be redeemed. The voucher can be used for the remaining services currently available on the website and in the Eighteen Wraps studio offer.
- The voucher must be presented before the service is carried out.
- The Eighteen Wraps studio reserves the right to refuse to honour the voucher after its validity period has expired.
