2. What data we process
Data provided in the contact form: name, phone number and — optionally — the chosen service and message content. Additionally, technical data (IP address, browser data) and data collected through cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling enquiries and returning contact — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (taking action at your request / legitimate interest).
- Marketing and ad performance measurement (Meta Pixel) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given via the cookie banner).
4. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with entities supporting the handling of enquiries (CRM/hosting systems) under data processing agreements, and with the provider Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. with respect to marketing consents.
5. Retention period
We keep data from the form for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting service, and afterwards for the statute-of-limitations period for claims. Marketing data — until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
7. Cookies and Meta Pixel
The website uses cookies necessary for its operation and — after consent is given — the Meta Pixel (Facebook) tool to measure ad performance. You manage consents via the cookie banner; you can change them at any time by clicking Cookie settings.
